2. Introduction
Journal Impact Factor (JIF) is the most famous metrics in bibliometrics.The Journal Impact Factor, which grew from the Science Citation Index created by Eugene Garfield in 1964, are widely used and accpeted by publishers, scholars, government and scientific administrative agencies. As a classic bibliemetrics indicator, the JIF is a quality indicator that plays a crucial role in journal evaluation and scientific research performance evaluation. Essentially, the JIF reflects the average citation rate of the papers published by a given journal in a certain year. Since it is an arithmetic mean, there probably are high and low differences in individual data. Therefore, in recent years, many scholars have argued that the citation condition of a certain paper may not be reflected by the JIF of the journal in which was published, and the quality of a single paper could not be simply judged by the JIF.
The H-index, proposed by Jorge E. Hirsch in 2005, is another famous and well applied metrics, which measure of research productivity and impact for all scientific output. The h-index attempts to measure both the quantity and quality of an author’s publications. There have been many studies and reviews of the h-index since it was introduced. Some researchers have questioned the validity of the h-index as a measure of research impact, while others have found it to be a useful tool for evaluating research productivity. Other studies have found that the h-index is a better predictor of future research impact than other metrics, such as the total number of citations.The H index is a metric to all publications as a whole linked specific author or periodicals. The JIF and H-index was designed and applied for publications, not for specific papers or articles.
The Altemtric is another different metrics in metric family. As for the evaluation of individual article, there are some another metrics, called Altmetric, which had earned great reputation in publishers and well applied in many publications. The Altmetric is a method for measuring the impact of academic research that utilizes various new sources of digital data, such as social media, blogs, news reports, Mendeley and other online platforms, to gather information on the reach and influence of academic research. The Altmetric is an alternative to traditional methods of academic evaluation, which have typically focused on metrics like citation counts. There is a significant correlation between social media attention and traditional citation-based metrics . While some study shows that there is a weak correlation between altmetrics and citation-based metrics. Besides the Altmetric, some new designed indicators, such as the discretized relative citation ratio (DRCR), and the relative citation ratio (RCR).
3. Contrimetric
Contrimetric is shortened from Contribution metric, which is a metric that measures the contribution of each paper published in a journal to that journal’s impact factor. As we know, the purpose of publishing a paper indeed includes being cited, but it is not the sole objective. Being cited is an important metric for evaluating the impact and quality of research, often used to gauge the significance of a paper within the academic community. The number of citations can reflect the importance of the research in its field and its influence on the work of other scholars. The ciations is also to reflect the contributing to knowledge.
3.1 Definition
The ACCI is defined as a specific value to calculate the contribution of a single paper to its discipline or journal, its equation is shown as below:
(1) refers to the number of citations of an article in present JCR year; and JIF indicates the Journal Impact Factor in present JCR year. Then the differences betweenand JIF taking up of the total JIF in present JCR year is the value of ACCI.
In this computing, it implicits assumptions behind this formula, citations of each paper published in a Journal are equally contributing to the journal’s Impact Factor, each journal with JIF treated as a special scientific community, articles in different journal not comparable in ACCI value.
It can be calculated that the value of ACCI is -1 when the paper has 0 citation. The value range of ACCI is theoretically in [-1,+∞). When ACCI ∈ [-1,0), it indicates that the article has a lower value than the average citation level or has brought negative effect on journal impact factor; and when ACCI ∈ (0,+∞), it indicates that the article citations is higher than average level and had brought a positive contribution in terms of citations.
3.2 Data acquiring
Using this formula to measure every paper published in journals with JIF, which encompasses approximately 22,000 academic journals and involves the measurement of around 60 million papers. This part of the work has been completed, and we have provided data support to researchers.
3.3 Relationships in metrics
According to the rules governing the Journal Impact Factor (JIF), not every citation contributes to the journal’s impact factor. Instead, only citations contributing to the journal’s impact factor are measured, which is a thoroughly opposite approach in contrast to Altmetric. The Contrimetric is an innovative concept within the academic community. The difference between Contrimetric and Altmetric is illustrated in the following figure.

As such, the Article Contribution to Journal Impact (ACCI) serves a dual purpose. On one hand, it gauges the extent of an article’s contribution to the impact factor of the journal. On the other hand, it aids in the identification of more valuable articles for publication, thereby enhancing the journal’s impact factor and international standing. The ACCI represents a novel article-level evaluation metric in academic research.

4. Requirements
4.1 Applicants Reuirements
Applicants should have prior research experience in the field of Bibliometrics, with some published papers. We prefer candidates with research experience in informmetrics, bibliometrics, and scientometrics, particularly those holding a Ph.D. or professorship.
4.2 Ojectives
We provide researchers with research data, organize seminars, and determine analysis methods. Researchers should independently complete 2-3 research papers with our assistance, which should be accepted and published by journals with JIF (Journal Impact Factor).
4.3 Research Timeline
This research is expected to take up to a maximum 12 months. Additional 3 months for refereed journal/proceeding publication. Specifications of research milestones shall be discussed and agreed during the research proposal review session.
4.4 Research Funding
The research will be funded by zibeline international publishing with award (USD2,000.00~USD5,000.00). All research proposals must include a detailed expected financial implication which will be deliberated.
5. Eligibility
Submission is open to researchers/team of researchers from any local and international higher learning institutions. Each proposal must have a Lead Applicant who will be subjected to the general terms and conditions for granting.

Requirement
- Create and execute event marketing plans, including managing and meeting deadlines associated with all aspects of the marketing campaign
- Manage marketing budgets monitoring ROI for all marketing campaigns
- Develop marketing briefs prior to the launch of each event. These briefs would outline key event details such as ticket pricing, target audience, potential industry partners, etc.
- Create copy for email campaigns, printed brochures, letter mailings, and print and digital ads
- Manage event inboxes
- Request invite lists from list researcher and ensure there are sufficient leads. Be able to research other options for additional leads.
